Dedicated Virtual Support SpecialistLocation: Remote (US-based) About the Role: Bliss Virtual Services is currently seeking to fill Dedicated Virtual Support Specialist roles for our small business clients located in the US. The Dedicated Virtual Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting the client with both essential to high-level administrative functions while working from a remote environment. You will perform various administrative tasks including monitoring emails, managing calendars, updating spreadsheets, and performing market research. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using web conferencing communication tools like Zoom. You must have a full-size computer and smart phone. Ultimately, the Dedicated Virtual Support Specialist should be able to handle basic to complex administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision. Minimum Skills Requirements: 7 years (minimum) experience as a Personal, Administrative or Executive Assistant Familiarity with current technologies like desktop sharing, cloud services and AI (artificial intelligence) Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets) Keen knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (i.e. Google Calendar, Calendly) Comfortability with numbers in order to produce accurate reconciliations and financial reports Advanced knowledge of database creation and maintenance Excellent phone, email, and text communication etiquette Excellent time management skills Advanced organizational skills Preferred Skills: Project Management Copy Editing Presentation Development Social Media Management Virtual Event Planning & Management Education: Associate Degree or higher required and industry-specific certifications heavily considered Availability: Before applying for the position, please note that this is a part-time contractor role. This is a fully remote position that will be responsible for creating, updating, and editing marketing materials for our clients using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. The digital asset-driven role requires an advanced working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop. On-Demand Virtual Support Specialist (Legal)Location: Remote (US-based) About the Role: Bliss Virtual Services is currently seeking an On-Demand Virtual Support Specialist (legal focused) with superb research and administrative skills. The specialist is expected to work well under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, the specialist should be proficient at multi-tasking, intuitive, and an excellent communicator with a keen interest in providing accurate and insightful support to our clients. Top candidates will be experts in key legal concepts with exceptional organizational skills, strong IT knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail. On-Demand Virtual Support Specialist (Legal) Responsibilities: Conduct legal research on cases and gather pertinent legal information. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents. Compile, proofread and edit drafts of contracts, leases, licenses, policies, and other legal documents. Monitor, study and develop written summaries of proposed and enacted legislation, regulations, court decisions, industry guidelines, trade journals and other relevant publications. Assist with case preparation including opening and closing arguments, and aiding in court motions or pleadings. Daily record keeping with electronic and physical filing of caseloads. Analyze and summarize documents. Assist with the administration and management of workflow. Locate and interview witnesses. General administrative duties such as answering email correspondence and taking telephone calls. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in law or paralegal certification or similar (essential). At least five (5) years of consistent legal research experience. At least five (5) years of consistent experience in drafting legal and business documents. Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills. Ability to understand and interpret legal documents. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Lexis-Nexis, PACER, Westlaw and other legal research sites. Bilingual in Spanish highly-preferred but not required.
